"Vicksburg, Mississippi, October 30th, 1888, The Vicksburg Evening Post Newspaper. The only other case of Hydrophobia on Record as having taken place in this City was that of Mr. Ben Hicks which occurred more than Twelve years ago. Mr. Hicks was a brother of Doctor Hicks."
