Andrew was born about July 1846, the son of Randolph S. Blackwell and Mary Prall Johnson. He married Rachel Williamson on 28 Dec. 1870 in Ringoes, Hunterdon Co., NJ. He was a farmer and physican/veterinary surgeon. After marriage, he lived in Princeton, Mercer Co., NJ (1880 & 1885).

Gravesite Details
Andrew's death certificate indicates burial in Ringoes. It seems likely that he was interred in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, where his mother and other family members are buried. Thus his memorial is tentatively placed here.
