Geraldine M. Anders, 79, died June 25, 2007 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
She was born on March 28, 1928 in Portageville, to the late Mellie Jane Rogers and John Leroy Alexander.
On Aug. 28, 1976, she was united in marriage to Raymond Thomas Anders. He preceded her in death on Feb. 10, 1999.
She was also preceded in death by one sister.
She leaves one son, Danny James Hall, of Sanger, Calif.; two daughters, Carolyn Joyce Barfield, of Pacific, Mo., and Brenda Gaye Lowther, of Cape Girardeau; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services were held June 29, 2007 at DeLisle Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Buck Morton officiating. Interment took place in the Portageville Cemetery.
DeLisle Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
