Carol Ann Clemmons Howard, 68, wife of Lonnie C. Howard, died Tuesday, March 4, 2014, in Georgetown County Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Howard was born June 25, 1945, in Wilmington, NC, a daughter of the late Lofton B. Clemmons and the late Lena Clemmons Clemmons.
Mrs. Howard attended Georgetown First Assembly of God.
She was survived by her husband of Georgetown; three children, Della A. Lambert (Greg) Bryant of Georgetown, Benjamin B. Lambert Jr. of Georgetown and Tracy M. Lambert (Dennis) Russ of Georgetown; two step children, Patricia (Fredrick) Thomas of Jacksonville, FL and Lonnie C. (Gigi) Howard, II of Liberty Township, OH; three grandchildren, Meghan B. (Wendell) Goins, Dalton Bryant and Lindy M. Hall; four step grandchildren, Cindy (Kent) Hatchett, Joseph (Krista) Thomas, Fred Thomas and Jessica Howard; a great grandchild, Jackson D. Truluck; four step great grandchildren, Bryan Hatchett, Lauren Hatchett, Tanner Thomas and Jase Thomas; two sisters, Brenda C. (Logan) Moree of Georgetown and Deborah C. (James) McKenna of Florence; a brother, Louis Clemmons of Hiram, GA; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a son, Raymond Patrick Lambert; and a brother, Marshall R. Clemmons.
A memorial service was Thursday, March 6, 2014, in Georgetown First Assembly of God. The Rev. Dave Hoskins officiated. Inurnment followed in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens. Graham Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
