Memorial service for Anne M. Avery will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the Killingsworth Little Chapel of the Chimes. Mrs. Avery died Thursday in a Portland-area hospital at age 95.
She was born in Rawlins, Wyo., and moved to Portland when she was 8. She was a federal court secretary for several years until she retired in 1955.
She was past president of the Portland Chapter of the Business and professional Women and a member of the Portland Women's Club.
Survivors include one nephew and three nieces.
