COTTAGE GROVE - The funeral will be held Dec. 5 for Isabelle E. Adams of Cottage Grove, who died Nov. 30 of age-related causes. She was 85.
Adams was born June 21, 1920, in Manor, Wash., to John and Isabelle Sharpe Cline. She married Wallace Adams on April 7, 1951, in Reno, Nev. He died Nov. 7, 1976.
She was a lifelong Lane County resident. She grew up in Anlauf and graduated from Drain High School. She worked as a produce clerk for Safeway. Adams enjoyed flowers and gardening, and belonged to Trinity Lutheran Church in Cottage Grove.
Survivors include a brother, Verne Cline of Cottage Grove; and two sisters, Pricilla Ladd of Cottage Grove and Norma Moran of McHenry, Miss.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday at Smith-Lund-Mills Funeral Chapel in Cottage Grove.
Monday's service will be held at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fir Grove Cemetery in Cottage Grove.
