EARL G. GIFFIN, 87, of Quarry Dr., Cleveland Heights, died Wednesday in Euclid General Hospital following an illness of two weeks.
He was born September 5, 1886 in Knox County and was a resident of Mansfield from 1915-1948. Mr. Giffin was a retired postal railroad employee and a member of the Railway Mail Assn.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Martha Seger and Mrs. Naomi McPherson, both of Cleveland; two grandchildren.
Services will be held in the Wappner Funeral Home Saturday by Dr. J. Calvin Winder, pastor of the First United Presbyterian church. Burial will be in Mansfield Cemetery.
