Death Claims Henry Schumacher
Henry J. Schumacher, 63, of Hulburt road, a resident of Fairport for many years, passed away Saturday, Dec. 11.
Surviving relatives are: his wife, Anna; four daughters, Mrs. Clifford Wahl, Mrs. Robert Willoughby of Fairport, Mrs. William Cumpf and Edna Schumacher of Rochester; four sons, Lieut. Howard Schumacher of Fort Lewis, Washington, Sgt. Harry Schumacher of Memphis, Tenn., Cpl. Ray Schumacher, U. S. Army abroad, S Sgt. Leo Schumacher, U. S. Army, North Africa. Others surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Anna Bandhold of Fairport, Mrs. Frank Holtz of Victor, Mrs. Lewis Wahl of Lincoln, Mrs. Hugo Fickenscher of Accident, Md.; three brothers, Albert of East Penfield, John of Penfield, Herman of Fairport; several nieces and nephews and eight grandchildren.
Services were held Wednesday at 2 o'clock at the Van Horn Funeral Home, Rev. Claude Tejan officiating. Burial was in Pittsford cemetery.
