James O. Hardy
GORDO - Funeral services for James Oscar Hardy, 78, of Gordo will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at the Hargrove Methodist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Stabler-Brown Service in charge.
Mr. Hardy a native of Tuscaloosa County, died Wednesday in the Greensboro Nursing Home. He was a retired farmer.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Murray Pritchett of Gordo; two sons, Lawrence Hardy of Huntsville and Truman Hardy of Atlanta; four sisters, Mrs. C. C. Mills, Mrs. John White and Mrs. Emma Zeanah, all of Gordo, and Mrs. Mattie Windham of Reform; 14 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
