KING, MRS. SHIRLEY ANN (Widow of Norman "Bruce") Fruitport Mrs. Shirley Ann King, age 68, passed away Thursday afternoon, February 20, 2014, at her home. Shirley was born May 21, 1945 in Muskegon to Albert and Edith (Hoffman) Goodman. On July 15, 1961, she married Norman "Bruce" King in Dighton, MI, and he preceded her in death on April 25, 2004. Shirley was a school bus driver for Fruitport Schools for 30 years prior to her retirement in 2000. She enjoyed playing cards, Bingo, and trips to the casino with family and friends. Most of all, Shirley loved time spent with her family. She is survived by her son, two daughters, five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, one sister, 2 brothers-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; and three sisters, Covita Langworthy, Alline Stapleton and Hazel Major.
