Willie Nelson Riley

Willie Nelson Riley was born on February 16, 1962, to the late Mr. Allen and Loree Riley of Sallis, MS. Willie was known by many people as "Nelson".

Nelson attended school in the Attala County School District. He was a bus driver for the Attala County Schools. He began driving in 1992. He touched the lives of so many parents and students.

At an early age, he accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and joined Pleasant Grove MB Church. He was united in Holy Matrimony with Linda Greenwood on March 23, 2003, and became a member of the New Saint James Church of God in Christ.

Nelson departed this life on Saturday, February 8, 2014.

He was preceded in death by his father (Allen Riley), one brother (James Riley), and a son (Nico Sallis).

He leaves to cherish his memory, a loving wife, Linda Riley, one son, Jeremiah Greenwood of Sallis, MS, a loving mother, Loree Riley, Sallis, MS, five brothers, Bill (Martha) Riley, William Riley, Friday Riley, James (Gloria) Riley, Albert (Pam) Riley, all of Sallis, MS, two sisters, Billie Harmon, Milwaukee, WI, Johnnie (Charles) Mallett, Starkville, MS, one daughter-in-law, Kelli Sallis, Kosciusko, MS, two grandchildren, Tytus and Gabrielle Sallis, both of Kosciusko, MS, and a father-in-law, Felix Greenwood, Sallis, MS. And he leaves a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Services--- Saturday, February 15, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. at Long Creek Elementary School, Sallis, MS.

Interment--- Barlow Cemetery, Sallis, MS.
