Daughter of Italian immigrants Luigi Buzzelli (2/12/1893-12/23/1967) & Leondina Cera (11/11/1903-2/10/1959) that lived in Chicago, Luigi immigrated to the US on May 27th of 1910 & Leondina immigrated to the US on October 24th of 1920. Florence graduated on June 25th of 1943 from Chicago's Austin HS. Married Pvt. Fred Ripani on March 10th of 1944 having 2 daughters; Nancy (Favale) (3/22/1945) & Janet (Palmer) (7/19/1950). She would be Grant Elementary's secretary to the principal for over 40 years. She has 3 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren.
