~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Father: Jurge Schmidt
Mother: Catarina or Cathrina
Spouse: Elizabeth Lampman b. 6 Dec 1741 d. unknown
Son: Jeremiah Nicholas Smith b. 22 Dec 1764
Son: John (Johann) Nicholas Smith
Son: (?) Nicholas Smith
Note: This family was in Montgomery County before removing to Fulton County. There is no way to know where Elizabeth (Lampman) Smith actually died.
All of Nicholas' male children have the middle name Nicholas. He was using the Nordic spellings, and they were Jeremiah Nicolaus, Henrich (Henry) Nicolaus, Johann (John) Nicolaus; I think Henrich actually went by the name Nicholas. There may have been more children, but I can't find them, I can only find records for Johann (John), Jeremiah, and Nicholas.
