Paul married Mavis Murel Glover September 23, 1932, in Sayre, AL in the home of Eugene B. Henry, JP. They had only one child, Doris Nell. Paul and Mavis never 'kept house' and were divorced after a short time.
Paul married Mabel Beatrice Miller, 12 Feb 1938 in Lincoln Cty., TN, they conceived once but the baby was not born. Paul and Mabel were divorced about 1970.
Paul served in the Navy during WWII 5 Aug 1943 to 1 Aug 1945 in the South Pacific aboard U.S.S. APc 26.
Paul married widow Pearl Sherrill Turner in 1977. Everyone who knew the couple commented on how very happy they both were. The couple made their home in Punta Gorda, FL.
At the time of his death, Paul was the grandfather of David (Shelia Smith) Crauswell; Elizabeth Crauswell (Eugene Verchio); Selesta Crauswell; Joseph Crauswell and Camilla Crauswell and great grandfather of James D. Crauswell.
