RUSSELLVILLE Ky - Mrs Mamie Elizabeth Self, 56, 3 Russellville died about 11:30 a m Tuesday while en route to the Logan County Hospital.
Funeral-services for the Butler County native were conducted at 2pm today at the Wilkins Estes and Roberson Funeral Home. Burial was in Belmont Cemetery at Allensville.
Mrs Self who was a member of the Southern Heights Baptist Church is survived by her husband Richard Self; three sisters, Mrs Ben Ruley of Franklin, Mrs Ann Davis of Lake Worth Fla, and Mrs Frances Kippin of Bowling Green; and four brothers, Lewis Belcher of Morgantown, Luther Belcher of Hadley, Clarence Belcher of Sadlersville Tenn, and Page Belcher of Guthrie.
