E. Douglas Moore retired from the U.S. Navy after 30 years of service as a Master Chief with the Construction Battalion - Sea Bees.
After working with PG & E in California,he then entered into the Naval Civil Service as a Facility Maintenance Manager.
His ashes were spread out at sea from a ship by the U.S. Navy with a 21 gun salute. An American Flag was handed to his wife in remembrance for his service in the military.
He is survived by his wife, Lois Alice Powell Moore, 4 children, grandchildren, 2 sisters, and nieces and nephews.
