Bud, 64, 21665 Maplewood Rd., died at 10:30 a.m., at Wilson Memorial Hospital.

He was the son of Victor and Roberta (McFarlan) Gross, Jr. His mother survives in Sidney.

Also surviving are a brother, Paul Eugene (Marty), Sidney; four sisters: Virginia Morris, Sidney, Pat (Jim) Zimpfer, Anna, Lynn (Doug) Frilling, Montra, and Ann (Tony) Herring, Maplewood; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Deceased is a special friend of 33 years, Peggy Hammer.

He worked as a janitor for the Sidney YMCA for the last five years. He also traveled with several carnivals in the past as a rides operator. He was a member of the Logan County Senior Center. He enjoyed playing cards, fishing and spending time with his family and friends.

Funeral Services will be at Cromes Funeral Home, with Pastor Bill Halter officiating.
