She is survived by two daughters, Miss Ann Nichols Forsman of Pasadena, and Mrs. Charles Wheeler of Menlo Park, California; two sons, Fred Forsman of Nevada City, California and Stanton Forsman of Carmel, California.
Services 11 a.m. Monday at All Saints Episcopal Chapel, 132 N. Euclid Ave., the Rev. John Harris Burt officiating. Interment Mountain View Cemetery. Friends who wish may make contributions to the American Heart Assn. Turner & Stevens Co., directors.
