MADISON, WI — Mrs. Laura E. Atkinson age 96 of 523 Pawling St., died Tuesday, July 8, 1980 at a local nursing home. She was born Feb. 29, 1884 in Lancaster. She was the former Laura Blackbourn. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. John (Mildred) [Hildred] Herd of Madison; two grandchildren; four great grandchildren; eight great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the JOYCE FUNERAL HOME 540 W. Washington Ave. at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 11th. Rev. Harold Crume will officiate. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Lancaster at 2:30 p.m. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, July 10th at the JOYCE FUNERAL HOME.
