The death of Mrs. M. K. Fearn, which had been for some time expected, occurred yesterday morning, and her funeral took place from the Methodist church. She will be sadly missed not only by her children, but by a large and devoted circle of relatives and friends. Mrs. Fearn was the widow of Major Thomas C. Fearn, and a sister of Rev. Dr. Andrews of this city.
