He married the former Mae Eaker January 16, 1915. She survives.
He is also survived by one son, Laymon Allgood of Cape Girardeau, MO; two grandsons; and two great-grandchildren.
Service was Sunday at Baker Funeral Home in Lutesville. Burial was in Dry Creek Cemetery.
