He is survived by his wife, DawnMarie, formerly Fread; daughters Paula Biazzo of Adams New York, Maria White of Chaumont, New York and Ann Marie Warner of East Syracuse, New York; and three grandchildren.

He was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force.

Original from Watertown, New York, Frank retired to Port Saint Lucie, Florida 10 years ago. He was the previous owner of the Harbor Inn Restaurant in Henderson Harbor, New York. He retired from territory manager for Cigna Insurance Company.

He was involved with the Town of Manlius, New York for more than 20 years. He was a Town Board Member, town Councilman, Chairman of the Recreation Commission, Chairman of the Police Commission and Committee Chairman of the Manlius Highway Department. He was also an insurance advisor and consultant, and took a leading role in establishing the first Town of Manlius Parks and Recreation Department. He was the past president of East Syracuse Minca Booster Club and Syracuse Insurance Council. He also served on the American Arbitration Board.
