OBITUARY-
ADAMS -- The funeral for Aaron B. Huseby will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Little Cedar Lutheran Church in Adams, with the Rev. Allen Gunderson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. Huseby, 72, of Adams and a retired area farmer, died Sunday afternoon (Nov. 8, 1992) in the emergency room of St. Olaf Hospital in Austin.
Born June 29, 1920, in Adams Township, Mower County, he graduated from Adams High School and attended the University of Minnesota. He married Eunice Torgerson on Oct. 28, 1941, at Little Cedar Lutheran Church and they farmed in rural Adams until 1980 when they retired and moved into town. Mr. Huseby was a member of Little Cedar Lutheran Church. He had served on the Adams School Board, Mower County Extension Board and American Dairy Association, was a member of the Forte-Milers choral group and had been active in the Mower County 4-H program.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Allen of Eyota; three daughters, Shirley (Mrs. Porter) Hemingway of New Ulm, Minn., Carol (Mrs. Wayne) Schramm of Adams and Janet (Mrs. Randy) Stephenson of Rose Creek; nine grandchildren; a brother, Byron of Adams; and a sister, Edith Neus of Adams. Two grandsons preceded him in death.
Friends may call from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at Adams Funeral Home and an hour before the service Wednesday at the church.
Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
