The death date for Frances [27 Aug 1864] is incorrect. That is the date for her husband Owen Rawlins. The information was misinterpreted in the Howard County Cemetery Book by Louise Coutts and Karen Boggs. I was working on my DAR Supplemental for her father Achilles and they caught this error. I confirmed against Owen's Will that she was still living when it was proved. At this time I have not located her death date.
