Laura Geneva Gann, 88, of Soddy Daisy, died on Monday, February 3, 2014.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Essie Easter Pendleton; father and mother, Frank and Mary Lemons Pendleton; husband, Floyd O. Gann; sisters, Margaret McCampbell Mathis, Virginia Tucker, Vera Pendleton; and brother, Burk Pendleton.

Survivors include her daughters, Marcia Ingle, Maryville, Tn., Wanda Black, Soddy Daisy, Tn.; sisters, Ella Bell, Spring City, Myrtle (Gene) Turner, In., Carol (Ron) Barzyk, Nashville, Ima Jane Pendleton, Spring City; brothers, Eugene (Betty) Pendleton, Spring City, Glenn (Carol) Pendleton, In., Bill Pendleton, Woodbury, Tn., and Robert (Pam) Pendleton, Dayton.

Services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 7, in the chapel with Reverend Ted Painter officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton County Memorial Park with Gary, Gabe, and Justin McCampbell, Kevin and Wesley Horne, and Craig Homar serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 3-8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.

The family wishes to thank Caris Healthcare, Carrie, Hope, Michelle, Sue, Christina, Sharon, Laurel, and Elizabeth for the tender loving care they gave to our mother.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Caris Healthcare, 5959 Shallowford Road, Suite 551, Chattanooga, Tn. 37421 or to a charity of your choice.
