Born September 19, 1923 in Cottageville, WV to the late William and Mabel Cossin.
Also preceded in death by husband, Armond Mignone; brothers, Golden, Howard and Bill; sister, Ruth.
Survived by children, Carmela (Roger) Black and Steve (Cyndi) Mignone; grandchildren, Darrell Black, Nicole (Jason) Mack, Anna (Dusty) Osborne, Christina Mignone, Monica Mignone and Austin Schmiedebusch; great grandchildren, Alec and Olivia Mack, Victoria and Parker Black and Christopher Osborne; sisters, Pat O'Dea, Leatrice Mason, Betty Henry and Carol (Neil) Sayre; best friend, Ruby Butt, together they were known as "Lucy and Ethel;" numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Friends may call Friday, February 7, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the TIDD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Norwich St. in Hilliard, where funeral service will be Saturday, 10 a.m.
