Bessie Rackley Windham Weatherford was the daughter of Monroe Lon Rackley and Sarah Jane Glover Rackley. She married Haney D Windham and they had seven children together. One child was born after Mr. Windham died and after she married Mr. Shriver. She then married William R Weatherford on July 9, 1970, in Dallas, Texas. She died on October 9, 1971, at the age of 64, and was buried in Forney, Texas.
