Bessie Ryland Waite
The many friends of Mrs. Bessie Ryland Waite will be sorry to hear that she died suddenly at Burnside, Kentucky on last Monday.
Mrs. Waite was a daughter of Rev. and Mrs. Ryland, who was for a time pastor of the New Castle Baptist Church and professor of our school. Mrs. Waite at one time taught in our school.
She spent last summer with Prof. and Mrs. Paul Garrett. She was an aunt of Mrs. P. L. Garrett and of Mr. Thornton Ellis.
At the time of her death she was making her home with her stepson at Burnside.
