Florence E. (Miller) Overmiller, 89, of Spring Grove RD 5, died at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at Hanover Hall Nursing Center in Hanover. She was the wife of Walter F. Overmiller, who died in 1979.
The service will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. Peter's (Lischey's) United Church of Christ, Spring Grove RD 5. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Viewings will be 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Sauter-Irwin Funeral Home, 175 N. Main St., Spring Grove, and 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at the church. Mrs. Overmiller was born March 2, 1909, in North Codorus Township. She was the daughter of the late Samuel and Lillie (Senft) Miller.
She was a member of St. Peter's (Lischey's) United Church of Christ and a former member of Windy Hill Senior Center in Thomasville. Mrs. Overmiller is survived by a son, Wayne F. Overmiller of Spring Grove RD 4; and two grandchildren. Officiating at the service will be her pastor, the Rev. Arthur W. Grahe.
