Mrs. Nettie A. Bonebright, 88, widow of Wallace Bonebright, died in a nursing home in Orangeville Sunday. She lived there for the past three years. Previously her home was in Freeport at 407 S. Beaver Avenue.
She was born in Bolton, Stephenson County, Dec. 4, 1865, the daughter of Fenno and Rhoda Bolton, pioneer settlers of Stephenson County. Her marriage to Wallace Bonebright took place Oct. 15, 1885, in Bolton. Her husband and three sons, Clarence, Roy and William, died previously.
Survivors include two children, Harry, Lena; and Mrs. Edna Marcum, Freeport. Two brothers and a sister also survive, Milo and Francis Bolton, Savanna; and Mrs. George (Mae) Fulrath, Mt. Carroll. There are 14 grand children and 17 great grandchildren. She was one of the oldest members of Van Brocklin Methodist Church.
Service will be in the Walker Mortuary at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Willis O. Simpson, pastor of Main Street Evangelical United Brethren Church, will officiate. Internment will be made in Ellis Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary.
