John b. 1812

Jacob Applegate (Orea Simpkins)
Elizabeth Applegate Coon (Jacob Coon) (Elizabeth's marriage record lists her parents as John Applegate and Abigail Newman)
Sarah Applegate Ross is their known sister.

Hannah Applegate Hess is believed to be John's daughter as well. She lived in Champaign Co, Ohio at the same time John did and is buried in Noblesville.
