Death at Mount Sylvania (an extinct named Twp area, located on the outskirts of Portland, OR.)

"The main campus for Portland Community College is called the "Mount Sylvania Campus" because that is the Mount Sylvania area out there. That is where Mary and her husband Israel Mitchell lived. If I remember right Israel Mitchell was the first ever Post Master of the Mount Sylvania Post Office. It is as you say, it is not a town anymore, it just got swallowed up by Portland and is just part of Portland now."
