Aged 56; of 518 West Yosemite Ave died yesterday following a sudden illness.
A Native of Oakland had lived in Madera the past eight years. She attended Reedley schools and was graduated from the San Jose State College and Boston University. She was dean of women for two years at the Albany, Oregon College.
Surviving are two sisters, Anne Corlett of Oakland and L. W. Dahlberg of Reedley; a cousin Edward Christian of Fresno.
