Albert H. Teddlie M. D. Dr. A. H. Teddlie died peacefully after a 8 year courageous struggle with melanoma.

He was the older son of Horace and Stella Maye Teddlie, born June 5, 1931 at Sweetwater, Texas.

He attended Sulphur Springs Texas High School where he excelled.

He graduated from University of Texas, Medical Branch, and Galveston in 1957, practiced occupational medicine in Dallas 30 years.

He then retired in Taos, New Mexico.

He was an ardent outdoors man; camper, backpacker, bird expert, fisherman and pilot.

He is survived by: companion: Lucy Walker; children: David L. and Diana Teddlie; their mother: Nita J. Caldwell; brother: Merritt B. Teddlie, M. D. of Dallas and nieces: Jennifer Martin, Ashley Teddlie.

Services will be held on Friday, November 18, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at Dannel Funeral Home Chapel, Sherman, Texas and at 2:00 p.m. at Trees Cemetery, Duncanville, Texas.
