William was the 3rd child, 2nd son born to William Denton and Annie Belle Baisley. William died from a bowel obstruction caused from swallowing a button. The family was traveling at the time of his death. By the time his parents realized the seriousness of his condition it was to late to get to a doctor's office or hospital.
Although it was not documented speculation is that William is buried at Cowboy's Retreat. The country property William's parents owned. William's dad built a cabin to retreat to to get away from town.
