Son Of Solomon Shobe And
Magdalene
In sad but loving remembrance of my dear father, Martin Wellington Shobe, age 83
years 13 days.
On July 31, 1932, the death angel came and claimed for its victim, my dear
father. Though the Lord was merciful and good to us as he spared him to be with
us over three score years and ten. He was a kind father and a good husband. He
leaves to mourn his loss, an aged widow, two sons and one daughter, Mrs.
Virginia Boye, of Falls, Howard, of Purgitsville and Price at home, ten grand
children and three great-grandchildren.
Though the days are sad and lonely, since my father was taken away, but I hope
to meet him on that great judgement day. Written by his son, E.P.S.
