Robert V. Furry, 57, of 4661 S. Dixie Hwy., died at 7:25 p.m. Saturday in St. Rita's Hospital where he had been a patient for a day. He had suffered a heart attack before being admitted to the hospital Friday.
He was born Dec. 24, 1904, in Elida, the son of William P. and Mary (Brenneman) Furry. He was married June 12, 1925, to Naomi Stetler who survives.
Mr. Furry was a member of Garrette Wykoff Lodge, 585 F and AM Chapter 49 of Lima. ARM Circle W, 357 Club of Westinghouse and AFL-CIO Local 724. He had been employed at Westinghouse for 25 years.
Other survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Jean) Presar of 4855 New Haven Drive, Cridersville, Mrs. Garry (Nadine) Johnson of 669 1/2 W. Elm, Mrs. Jesse (Louise) Howell of 1795 Jo Jean Road, and Mrs. Bill (Evelyn) Shaw of 1595 W. Market; a son, Robert E. of Talco, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. Jean Berryman of 391 Sinclair and Mrs. Myrtle Hoag of Ionia, Mich.; three brothers, C. M. Furry of 2126 University Blvd., William and John W., both of Elida; and 12 grandchildren.
Arrangements are incomplete at the Bayliff and Son Funeral Home, Cridersville, where friends may call after 2 p.m. Monday.

FURRY, Robert - Rev. Clyde Friedman will conduct services at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Baliff and Son Funeral home in Cridersville. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Masonic Services will be held at 8 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
