Elmore Marion Derrick married first to Sidney Catherin CLINTON daughter of Michael Dewitt Clinton and Roxalania P. FISHER. They had one son Addison Clark Derrick.
Elmore and Nancy had 10 children, one of which was my father Joe Washington Derrick. The other nine children were: Belva Agness, Alba Letha, William Lesley, Franklin Lightburn, Melvin Edward, Erza Island, Wilbur "Bee",
Estil Ray "Cotton", and Albert Carr Derrick.

NANCY'S OBITUTARY: Mrs. Nancy Ellen Derrick 82 of Sissonville, WV. died in a Charleston hospital early Thursday morning.
Surviving are six sons, Willie, Melvin, Ezra, Estil, Wilbur, all of Sissonville, WV., and Joe of Charleston;
stepson-Clark of Charleston; two daughters, Mrs. Alva Baldwin of Sissonville and Mrs. Alva Boice of Cicerone, and 17 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, and 8
great-great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
