Leo Davis was a native of Clay County, Tennessee having moved to Rutherford County with his family in the 1920's. He was a share-cropper and lived most of his latter years in the Walter Hill and Leanna communities. Leo met an untimely death when he asked a Greyhound Bus driver to let him off the bus at some point on Woodbury Road. He was last seen walking across a field. Attempts to locate him were unsuccessful.
