He was a native of Barry, Ill., and he was a former employee of the Quartmaster Depot and Sypris Corp. He was a grand mason and a member of Utica Masonic Lodge. He was a member of Utica Baptist Church where he was a deacon.
Victor was preceded in death by his wife, Elva Romona Dolbeare, his parents, Raymond and Lucille Dolbeare, and his brother, Fred Dolbeare.
He is survived by his son, Darren G, Dolbeare of Utica; brother, Frank A. Dolbeare of Greenwood, Ind.; grandchildren, Meggan Ann Dolbeare and Jamas R. Cain and three great grandchildren.
