MRS. EMMA J. SHATTO

Carlisle, Oct. 3 -- Mrs. Emma J. Shatto, widow of Benjamin Shatto, died Sunday at the home of her grandson, John S. Gleim, 137 F street.

She was a member of First Church of God and is survived by two daughters, Mrs. W.C. Worman, Troy, Kan., and Mrs. Frank Gleim, Carlisle; a son, Eber Shatto, Charlisle; three step-children, Mrs. Amos Herr, New Cumberland; Mrs. David Abergast, East Berlin, and Harvey Shatto, Carlisle; four sisters, Mrs. Charles Barrick, and Mrs. Alice Gorley, both of Carlisle; Mrs. Sadie Frye, Nora, Neb., and Mrs. Lizzie Eckelman, Detroit, and seven grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Lutz funeral home, 219 North Hanover street. Burial will be in Lower Frankford Stone Church, Cemetery, the Rev. J.E. Strine officiating. Friends may call tonight at the funeral home.
