Elsie moved to Lubbock from Crosbyton in 1974 and worked at Texas Instruments for 20 years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, friend, and aunt. Elsie loved to play bingo. She was a Baptist.
She is survived by: one son, Terry St. Clair of Lubbock; three daughters, Rhonda and husband Greg Taylor of Roanoke, Kay and husband Bill Owens of Lubbock, and Tammy St. Clair and fiancee Monty Jobe of Lubbock; 12 grandchildren, Michael, Eric, Brandon, Chad, Jennifer, Jessica, Stephanie, Ginny, Casey, Brenda, Dillon, and Shayla; two step-grandchildren, Chris and Angela; eleven great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Mary McGraw of Amarillo, Faye Wilson of Athens and Carol Seeders of Crowley.
