Dad was a very hard worker and enjoyed working on cars. He spent many Saturdays with family and friends in his garage.

Our Dad was so very special to our family. There was nothing he wouldn't do for us, even if he grumbled at first. He was so proud of each one of us and loved to brag about his kids and grandkids. He loved when everyone got together. There was lots of arguing, but lots of love. Dad spent the last 6 years fighting a horrible disease.
Through it all he kept his sense of humor and always made us laugh. He fought through to the very end. He is at peace now with a clear mind and a healthy body. Dad, we love you and will miss you so very much.
He is also survived by his special cousin and best friend, Fred Loar. Dad and Fred spent many Wednesday mornings eating breakfast at Ponderosa with friends. And a special neighbor and friend, Hoss Morgan. Dad was like a father to Hoss. He enjoyed weekly visits from both and those visits meant so very much to the family.

Family and friends will be received at the Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Lonaconing on Monday, January 27, 2014 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Mark Durst officiating.
Interment will be held at Beeman Cemetery Lonaconing.
Jill Boyd, Mishawn Vinci, Michele Colvin, Matilda Wilhelm were Dad's very special sitters. We are so thankful for the wonderful loving care he received from them. We love you.

A very special thank you to Hospice of Garrett County, Grace Bolyard and Mary Bernard. These two angels gave Dad so much love and gentle care. They made Dad's last few months comfortable and very peaceful. They both became like our own family and we only got through because of their love and care. We love you both.

Pallbearers will be grandsons, Rickey, Eric, Travis and Clinton Beeman and his friends, Fred Loar and Charles "Charlie" Morgan.
