Mrs Maude Able
St Matthews -- Mrs Maud Burckhalter Able, 74, widow of Walter R Able, died Sunday at Orangeburg Regional Hosptal.
Services will be at 4 pm Monday at the First Baptist Church.
Mrs Able was born in White Pond, the daughter of the late Augustus Keitt and Mattie Scott Burckhalter. She was a member of the DAR and was secretary for 18 years of the Calhoun County TB Association.
Surviving is one brother, Charles A Burckhalter of Tampa, Florida.
Dukes-Harley Funeral Home in Orangeburg is in charge.
