ADAMS, MR. EDWARD "ED", age 83, of Forestdale, died July 29, 1998. Retired form U.S. Steel with over 50 years service, member of Sandusky First Baptist Church where he sang in the choir. Member of the Harmonica Club at Eastwood Mall.
Survivors: wife, Wilma Adams; sons, Gary R. Adams and James E. Adams; daughters, Paula June Hunteman and Linda Dale Cato; 11 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; brother, Leonard P. Adams. Visitation: 6:30-8:00. Funeral services at Gardendale Chapel will be held Saturday, August 1, 1998 at 3:30 P.M. Bro. Rick Thacker and Bro. Archer Thorpe officiating. Burial in Oakwood Memorial. Memorials to Alabama Baptist Children's Home. Gardendale Chapel directing.
