CADIZ, Ky. — Bobbie Thomas Adams, 69, Denton, Texas, formerly of Cadiz, died at 12:05 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, 2002, at Vintage Health Care Manor, Denton, of natural causes.
Services were this morning at Goodwin Funeral Home with the Rev. Norman Ellis officiating. Burial was in East End Cemetery.
A native of Trigg County, she was born Nov. 8, 1933, the daughter of the late Josh Herschel and Inous Wallace Thomas. She was a retired seamstress at Western State Hospital and was a member of the Cadiz Baptist Church. Her husband, Claud Adams, died in 1980. A foster brother, Harlon Wynn, also preceded her in death.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Stan (Connie) Guess, Denton; a brother, Josh Howard Thomas, Cadiz; a sister, Betty Thomas Fitts, Cadiz; a grandson and a granddaughter.
Memorials may be made to the building fund at the Cadiz Baptist Church, Post Office Box 606, Cadiz, Ky., 42211.
