Augustine "Gus" Richard Atterole, 78, of Port Charlotte, Florida went home to Our Lord and Savior on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Tidewell Hospice House in Port Charlotte surrounded by family and friends.
Gus was born in Staten Island, New York to Augustine and Anna Atterole on October 14, 1935. Gus will be remembered for his great sense of humor and kind heart.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Josephine, daughters; Carolyn, Patricia, Robin, and Nicole, son; Augustine Robert Atterole , 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister; Mildred, brother; Anthony, and great grandson; Joseph.
