Jamie Cyla Gray, age 40, of Ewing, Kentucky, died January 17, 2014, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, in Lexington, Kentucky, after a long illness. He was born in Flemingsburg, Kentucky, to the late Emma Hunt Gray and was employed at a horse farm in Bourbon County.
He is survived by: three sisters, Linda (Pat) Evans, of Paris, Barbara Gray, of Ewing, and Kennitha Evans, of Ewing; three brothers, Kenny Gray, Richard (Beverly) Gray and Ronnie Gray, all of Ewing; and many special nieces, nephews and close friends. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Geraldine Bussell and Martha McIntosh.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 21, at Price Brothers Funeral Home, in Elizaville, with Reverend Bill Boldt officiating. Burial will follow at Elizaville Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday, January 20, from 5:00 until 6:00 p.m. for the family and 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. for the public. Casket bearers will be Daniel Hunt, Josh Gray, Corey Gray, Michael Gray, Travis Collins, Aaron Collins and Jamie Duncan. Honorary casket bearers will be Donald Feeney, Jr., Ronnie Gray, Kenny Gray and Richard Gray.
