The 'George S Hammond' written on her headstone should be 'George C Hammond.' BIRTH DATE UNCERTAIN - by calculation, if headstone is correct, she was born in 1777 or thereabouts. Vermont Burial Index also states age 73 at death. However, Cited source states 1773.
