Deceased Name: MRS. LEONA SAWYER HOMEMAKER

Mrs. Leona Sawyer, 84, of 190 Buck Corley Road, died Sunday, April 14, 1996, at Lexington Medical Center.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Dixiana Baptist Church, with the Rev. Jeff Bradley officiating. Burial will be in Graniteville Cemetery.
Mrs. Sawyer, a native of Williston, was a homemaker and a former member of Park Street Baptist Church.
Survivors include six sons, Roy D. Sawyer and George Stanley Sawyer, both of Lexington, Jennings Sawyer, Eutawville, and Donald Sawyer, Larry Sawyer and Ray Sawyer, all of West Columbia; four daughters, Elsie Price, Helen Chaney and Faye Smith, all of Lexington, and Betty Kyzer, West Columbia; a sister, Clero O'Rouke, Augusta; and 43 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Caughman-Harman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
